FAQ

Questions we get before the first call.

If yours isn't here, book a call or email info@papapixels.com and you'll get a straight answer.

What kind of businesses does Papa Pixels work with?

Local service businesses. Most of our clients are remodelers, roofers, deck builders and siding and window companies, and we also work with security companies, cleaning and lawn services, kitchen and closet designers, real estate and local shops. If your customers live within driving distance of you, this system was built for you. We have clients in almost every state.

What platforms do you advertise on?

Meta, which means Facebook and Instagram. That's the only paid platform we run, because it's where we get local service businesses the best results. For organic content we post on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

What results can I expect?

It depends on your trade, your market and how fast leads get called back. Our clients have put $244,000 under contract in seven months, sold $550,000 of work in a single month, and built a six-figure commercial pipeline in a quarter. We'll tell you what's realistic for your business on the first call, before you spend a dollar.

How do you make sure the leads are high quality?

Three ways. The offer is written to attract serious buyers, not bargain hunters. The landing page survey asks about the project, timeline and budget before the lead reaches you, so tire kickers don't finish it. And we review the account daily, so budget moves toward the ads and audiences producing leads that turn into jobs.

How quickly can I expect results?

Campaigns usually start producing leads in the first couple of weeks. Closed jobs depend on your sales cycle. A deck can close in days, a full remodel can take months. We'll tell you what's realistic for your trade before you spend a dollar.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You do, directly to Meta, from your own card on your own ad account. Our service fee is a separate charge. You never pay us for ad spend, and you see exactly what Meta charged every month.

Who owns the ad account and the creative?

You own all of it: the ad account, the pixel, the landing page content, the videos and photos, and the data. If you ever leave, it stays with you.

What should I budget for ad spend?

That depends on your trade, your service area and how many jobs you want to add. We'll recommend a number on the first call, based on what we see across our accounts in your trade, and every dollar of it goes on your own card to Meta.

How do you decide what ads to run?

We don't guess, and we don't run one ad and hope. Each campaign tests different reasons a customer buys, each in your voice with its own creative, so we learn what actually moves your customers. The winners get the budget, and the set is refreshed before it wears out.

How involved do I need to be?

We handle the build and the management. We need you for an onboarding call, approval of the offer, real photos of your work, the occasional video filmed on your phone, and most of all, fast follow-up on the leads we send. Nothing we do works if nobody calls the lead back.

Can I adjust the campaign once it's running?

Yes. We test new offers, angles and creative on a regular cycle, and if your business changes, the campaign changes with it. Just call.

Do you offer SEO, Google Ads, website development or social media management?

We run Meta advertising and organic content on Meta and LinkedIn. That's it. If you need SEO, Google Ads or a new website, we'll refer you to people who do that work well, and we'll build the campaign so it fits what they do.

Is there a contract?

Service is month to month, with thirty days' written notice to cancel. Campaigns are planned around the seasons, so the notice period lets us finish what's already been paid for.

How are services fulfilled after purchase?

All services are fulfilled through direct, in-person or virtual consultations and custom-built marketing campaigns. We do not sell pre-packaged products online. Each engagement is tailored to the client's business goals and executed following a one-on-one sales process.

Still have a question?

Book a call and ask it directly. You'll talk to Sloan, not a sales rep.
